Cabbage and Radish Coleslaw

Cabbage and Radish Coleslaw
Serves: 4
  • ½ head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Combine cabbage and radishes in a bowl.
  2. Toss with vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Set aside for a few minutes to let vegetables wilt slightly.
