Ingredients
  • 1 crisp apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup sliced fennel bulb
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped <3/4 cup>
  • 2 tablespoons peeled fresh ginger slices (substitute your favorite strong herb, or mint)
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. blend ingredients in blender until smooth
