or summer squash; cut into thin slices

sweet onion
chopped

dried rosemary
crushed

balsamic vinegar

feta cheese
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat; saute zucchini and onion until crisp tender, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in seasonings. Add vinegar; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Top with cheese and enjoy!
