Kohlrabi Slaw
  1. Place kohlrabi in a large bowl with chopped cilantro, scallions, hot pepper, lime zest, and orange zest
  2. Prepare dressing: whisk olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, honey, salt, and vinegar in a small bowl.
  3. Toss the dressing with the salad. Refrigerate until serving. Garnish with zest and cilantro.

Apple or cabbage can be substituted for/added in with the kohlrabi to give the slaw some different flavors.
