Roasted Potatoes and Fennel
Ingredients

potatoes
chopped

fennel bulb
sliced

yellow onion
sliced

garlic cloes
sliced
8
sage leaves

Tbsp
olive oil
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Toss all of the ingredients and lay on a baking sheet. Roast at 425 degrees F until golden crisp, 35 to 40 minutes, tossing halfway through. Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
