Honey-Basil Lemonade
Ingredients

fresh juice from 10-12 lemons
1/2
cup
honey

cups
basil leaves
loosely packed
3
cups
cold water

quart
ice
1
pinch
salt
Instructions
Combine lemon juice, honey, basil leaves, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend your concoction on high for about a minute or until smooth.
Filter your mix into a fine mesh strainer over your pitcher. Discard the solids. Add cold water and whisk to combine.
Add ice and garnish with fresh basil for a refreshing hot-weather drink.
