Ingredients

Dijon mustard

honey

black pepper

olive oil

Vinegar
white wine, balsamic, & apple cider vinegar all work well
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except the olive oil.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing thickens and forms an emulsion.
Taste and adjust quantities as desired.
Recipe Notes
Lemon, orange, or lime juice can be substituted for the vinegar.
Add fresh herbs to the dressing to create endless variations!
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
