  1. Mix together all ingredients except the olive oil.
  2. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing thickens and forms an emulsion.
  3. Taste and adjust quantities as desired.

  • Lemon, orange, or lime juice can be substituted for the vinegar.
