  1. In a large bowl, toss together cabbage and carrots.
  2. Combine sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves, then pour over cabbage and carrots.
  3. Toss until slaw is coated and top with mint leaves.
