Green Pizza
One of my favorite summer time meals is pizza made on the grill. I make dough in a food processor (recipe below) and then stretch it out roughly into a pizza shape. I throw it on the grill for just a minute or two, and then I flip it. Watch it carefully, we don’t want the bottom to burn. Once it is flipped, I add all the toppings that I want. Last week we suggested a pesto recipe that would make a fantastic base for this pizza. Then with this week’s CSA, I would recommend throwing any greens on including broccoli, kale and bok choy. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and walnuts for a good balance of sweet and savory. This pizza is quick and easy to make. The only time consuming bit is making the dough in advance. I hope you all enjoy making grilled pizza or something special with your loved ones this week.
