Zucchini Bread
Ingredients

granulated sugar

peeled and grated raw zucchini

tsp
vanilla extract

cups
all-purpose flour

tsp
salt
1
tsp
kosher salt

tsp
ground cinnamon
1
cup
walnuts
coarsely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat the eggs until light and foamy. Add the sugar, oil, zucchini, and vanilla and mix lightly but well.
Combine the flour, salt, soda, baking powder, and cinnamon and add to the zucchini mixture.
Stir until blended, add nuts, and pour into two 9×5 greased loaf pans.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
