- 3 Cup apple mint leaves
- 1 Cup sage leaves
- 5 crushed cinnamon sticks
- other spices (cloves, allspice, cardamom, etc.)
- cinnamon basil
- lemon herb
- Dry all herbs ahead of time if you wish to make tea to keep for a while
