- We’ve had some very wet and cold harvest conditions this week
- Please rinse/rehydrate your greens, choy, lettuce and kale as needed
- Try to use some of your carrot greens in salads, soups or pesto
- The pumpkin can be for a pie or to decorate
- Try candied or jalapeno poppers
- Greens are a mix of red kale, Asian greens and arugula
- Lots of fixings here for a soup, a salad, a slaw, or a pan of roasted veg
