Farmer notes:
- No, it is not a Flex Share week
- The second planting of cucumbers and squash/zucchini are now in full swing
- Make a cold cucumber salad with onion/tomatoes/dill or cilantro
- We put potatoes, onions, garlic, eggplant, squash, peppers and fennel oiled/salt/pepper on a cookie sheet in a 400 degree oven for an hour turning occasionally and it was fantastically delicious
- The slicing tomatoes are finally beginning to turn
- We should be back into green beans the next few weeks
