- Lots of greens beans today – one of my favorite
- Our replanted cucumbers are now in full swing
- Kale is awesome cold in a salad if you massage it first with olive oil and let rest – then add some apples/scallions/radishes – dress it and enjoy
- Our spring summer squash crop continues to yield poorly
