Farmer notes
- The final Fall Share box is on Thursday, December 18th
- Our every-other-week Winter Share begins on January 8th – I hope you can join us!
- Radishes are either watermelon or regular red
- Greens mix is arugula/red kale/mizuna/tatsoi
- This is the last of the rosemary,scallions, and broccoli
- Roast some carrots and potatoes with garlic and rosemary
- We finished mulching the garlic right before 8″ of snow
- Wash everything well before you use it, re-hydrate the kale/broccoli as needed
