- Please return all of our boxes and ice packs to your pick up location
- Enjoy a fall salad with lettuce, greens, choy, shaved carrots, and apples
- Greens mix is arugula, baby red kale, mizuna and tatsoi
- Rehydrate the lettuce and choy as needed
- Make some hot pepper sauce or dehydrate them for powder for use all winter long
