- It is a challenge to weed and field plant with so much rain
- Sliced cukes in a bowl with salt/vinegar is a quick summer snack
- Eggplant is just starting out with one of 3 varieties now producing
- I dug up a few red potatoes yesterday and they look fantastic
- The melons, winter squash and apples are all doing great
- Peppers, tomatoes, and corn are now a couple of weeks out – they need some good sun
