Farmer notes:
- Not a Flex Share delivery week
- Last of the sweet peas – enjoy
- Many of these vegetables can be sauteed and added together with some balsamic and parm for a tasty hash (toss an egg on top)
- Try a borscht with the beets and cabbage
- Cucumber salad is always a refreshing summer treat – loads of dill coming next week
- Cabbage is great in slaw, fermented, sauteed or oven roasted
- Red potatoes are great for potato salad – these are not cured so eat them up in the next week
- Tomatoes and sweet corn are still 2 weeks out
- Keep returning our stuff and washing the veg
