- The greens mix is mainly spinach, with some chard, red kale and arugula boxed in
- Squash are butternut and kabocha
- Napa cabbage works just like lettuce as a base for a salad
- Onions remained small this year due to the drought
- Honey is unpasteurized and not recommended for pregnant women
