Farmer notes:
- It is pretty cold outside – try to pick up your box with in a couple of hours after delivery (sooner is better)
- Winter is always a good time to roast some vegetables
- Rosemary is dried so it can stay on your counter until it is used up
- Turnips are Purple Top and can be roasted, used in soups, or in a salad
- It has been too cold to wash the produce outside, so some crops may be more soiled than normal
- Please return our boxes, pulp containers and egg cartons if possible
