- For dry beans, it is best to let soak overnight to remove lectins and then rinse them well before cooking
- The thyme is pretty well dried and can sit on your counter to be used when desired
- cut up some carrot and kohlrabi sticks for a healthy, crunchy snack
- Cabbage is excellent as slaw, sauerkraut or pan fried
- Please return our boxes, pulp containers and egg cartons as you are able
