- 1 crisp apple, cored and sliced
- 1 cup sliced fennel bulb
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped <3/4 cup>
- 2 tablespoons peeled fresh ginger slices (substitute your favorite strong herb, or mint)
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
