- 3 cups fresh sweet corn kernels
- 6 radishes thinly sliced
- 1/2 jalepeno seeded and finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
