Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 cups sweet red pepper or beaver dam pepper, julienned
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a nonstick skillet, saute beans and peppers in oil for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Serve.
