Ingredients
For Bootleg Mix
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 20 fresh mint leaves
For each cocktail
- 3 oz bootleg mix
- 2 oz vodka or gin or leave out for a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage
- 2 oz club soda

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves to make simple syrup. Remove from heat.
- In blender, add simple syrup, 1 1/2 cups water, lime juice and mint leaves. Blend until combined and mint leaves are broken down.
- Serve 3 oz of Bootleg mix, 2 oz of vodka or gin and 2 oz of club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
