One of my favorite summer time meals is pizza made on the grill. I make dough in a food processor (recipe below) and then stretch it out roughly into a pizza shape. I throw it on the grill for just a minute or two, and then I flip it. Watch it carefully, we don't want the bottom to burn. Once it is flipped, I add all the toppings that I want. Last week we suggested a pesto recipe that would make a fantastic base for this pizza. Then with this week's CSA, I would recommend throwing any greens on including broccoli, kale and bok choy. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and walnuts for a good balance of sweet and savory. This pizza is quick and easy to make. The only time consuming bit is making the dough in advance. I hope you all enjoy making grilled pizza or something special with your loved ones this week.

Then turn it out onto lightly floured surface. Smooth edges by hand and then transfer to oiled bowl, turn dough over so it is coated in oil on all sides.
