Ingredients
Salad
- 1/2 lb kale very finely chopped, stems removed
- 1/2 medium red onion diced
- 1 1/2 carrots grated
- 1/2 cup green beans chopped
Mustard Balsamic Dressing
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 clove unpeeled garlic cloves crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- a few fresh basil leaves chopped

- Mix together the dressing ingredients. Toss with salad ingredients to evenly coat.
